For people that ARE going to GDC

We need to plan our trip today. Mostly organizing hotel rooms and ride shares. Vincent (cathode) would like for everyone to meet him in the LARC lab at DP today (Thursday) so we can all organize everything together. He's in the lab from 2 to 10, so let's figure out what time is best.

I'm not available much tomorrow, I can meet from 4 to 5:30. If y'all meet up later, I'll say I'm willing to drive and I can fit three more people besides Christa and me. We'll probably leave directly from tye meeting Monday night, so bring your travel bags if you can.

I'd like to get a cheap motel room; maybe Christa and I can split a two-bed room with someone else. If we want to/can get a pricier room near the convention center, I say we cram as many people as possible in a room. I'm willing to sleep on the floor. I've also heard talk of possible hostels or friends' places we can crash at. We need to book this today.

Please, don't post in here unless you're definitely going and directly making plans for today or next week. If you have any other questions about the event, post in the other thread.

For members who are paying for extra events at the conference, you must register twice with two different emails: once for the free pass, and once for the pass you are paying for.
