We'll never be able to fit meetings around everyone's schedules, but that shouldn't stop us form trying. If everyone could give us a feel for your schedules, we can try to plan our next at the optimal time. What nights and at what times are you free? Willing to meet on weekends?

Here's when I'm out of classes/free.

Monday: 5 PM - bedtime
Tuesday: 5 PM - bedtime
Wednesday: 6 PM - bedtime
Thursday: 7 PM - bedtime
Friday: 1 PM - bedtime (Varied availability)
Saturday: 11 AM - bedtime (Varied availability)
Sunday: 11 AM - bedtime (Varied availability)

On Fridays and weekends however, I may be unavailable/out of town, just ask to confirm. Bedtime for me is usually from midnight to 2 AM.

mon: 11:00-11:50 class, 3:00-3:50 class (flexible), 6:00-7:20 class (flexible)
tues: 12:30-3:20 class
weds: same as monday
thurs: sames as tuesday
fri: 11:00-11:50 class

other than little things those are my busy times

Monday and Wednesday classes 9am - 5pm.
Tuesday classes 430pm - 930pm
Thursday classes 430pm - 520pm

Best times are Mon, Wed, and Thu evening after posted times.

Monday & Wednesday	10am-9pm (Terrible days)
Tuesday & Thursday	8am- 3:30ish pm (Good for after that)
Friday - Sunday	Nothing but homework

Note** every other week i go out of town, usually thursdays after class gets out at 3:30pm.

Tuesdays after 3:30 would be the best time for me.

School Days and Times:
Monday: 1:30-2:50
Tuesday and Thursday: 2:00-3:20 (an hour and 1/2 break in between)/5:00-6:50
Wednesday: 1:30-2:50 (an hour break in between)/ 2 classes from 4:00-8:50

Work days:
I only work fridays, saturdays, and sundays, but only if i request to pick up shifts. If we have meetings sunday evenings would be the best period for weekends since I come back that evening. Bear in mind that I need to work at least 3 our of 4 weekends due to paying off a car payment and pay for insurance.

My best day is Monday obviously and I don't mind getting some working in during my break times for school if need be.

Monday: (11am-4:30pm) || (8pm-11:59pm)
Tuesday: In game programming lab from 2pm-10pm
Wednesday: (11am - 5pm) || (8pm-11:59pm)
Thursday: In game programming lab from 2pm-10pm
Friday: In game programming lab from 1pm-5pm

Times I'm Free:
Monday: 10am to 12pm, 6pm to bedtime
Tuesday: 9:30am to 1pm, 7pm to bedtime
Wednesday: 10am to 12pm, 6pm to bedtime
Thursday: 9:30am to 11:30am (have club stuff basically right after my last class)
Friday: 10am to 12pm, 2pm to bedtime

Weekends:
Generally, I'm free but things will sometimes pop up
On Sunday though, I will be free only before 5pm because that's my catch up day |D

My work schedule is kind of erratic since I'm new to the job, but for the next month at least:

Mon: Free time between 2:00-3:30, and after 6:30
Tues: Free after 3:20
Wed: Free between 11:00-3:30, and after 6:30
Thurs: Free after 3:20
Fri: ...for now, free before 3:30 and after 6:30
Weekends- free any time after 3:30
